Academic Qualifications

Passed his Diploma In Clinical Pathology in 1976 & MD Pathology with Gold Medal from BJ Medical College, Pune in 1977.
 
Professional Experience

Worked as a Lecturer and then Reader in Pathology in BJ Medical College pune till 1982.

Worked in a private Hospital in Abu Dhabi from 1983 to 1989.

Started his own Pathology Laboratory on Paud Road in 1989.
 
Extra Curricular Activities

Represented Pune University in Football.

Have done many treks in Sahyadri and Himalayas- Dharamshala,Sikkim, Garhwal, Annapurna, Lang tang, Muktinath and Kailas-Manasarovar including Kailas Parikrama.

Diploma course from New York Institute of Photography

Held Solo exhibition of his photographs in Bal Gandharva in 1994.

Hobbies: Trekking, Photography & Sports.
 
Awards and Honors

Won many medals in Inter-collegiate Athletics.

Published book ‘Anandyatra’ about photographs taken by him in 2006.
